ca and Homemaking
Department, assisted
by Bennett’s Fashion
Outlet, held its an-
nual style show Tue-
sday night, April 8.
The show was the pr-
ogram for the April
PTL meeting. The th-
eme "Garden of Fash-
ions" was carried
out in the garden,
like decorations and
flowers, programs,
and in the commenta-
ry on the garments
modeled.

Laureate Sigma visits Nursing Home
The residents of
Gilbert Nursing Ho-
me were the happy
recipients of East-
er gifts and sweet
treats Thursday mo-
rning when ladies
from the Laureate
Sigma and Preceptor
Beta Eta chapters
of Beta Sigma Phi
Sorority visited
them. This has bec-
ome an annual serv-
ice project of the
two chapters from
Richardson, Texas.
"We plan for Gil-
bert Nursing Home
all year,” said Ja-
yne Haden, preside-

A new novel by Ja-
nis Susan May has
just been published
by Dell Publishing
Company of New York.
Titled "Where Shado-
ws Linger", it is a
story of intrigue,
romance and mystery
set in Copper Canyon
of Mexico. Also, Mi-
ss May has sold a
second novel to Dell
Publishing Company.
It is scheduled to
be released in Dece-
mber, 1980.
