PhoilC 302 and
Roy Bobby Chick, who defeated
Dutch Betke in a sensational match
at the Garden Athletic club last Mon-
day night, is rebooked for a return
engagement with the Dutchman to-
morrow evening:
According to wrestling fans
who witnessed the slaughter last
week, Borger will see the most thrill-
ing of all matches ever staged here.
One man, it was saldyesterday, was
planning a trip to Califfornia, but
lostponed his leaving until Tuesday
when he heard of the re-matching of
Chick and Betke.
That will be a tougliaffair, is an
fissured fnct, tlirougn what occurred
last Monday evening when Qhick
sent the Dutchman out in an ambu-
lance.
The Dutchman yesterday admitted
in an interview with newspaper men
that Bobby Chick is the toughest man
he has ever met in the ring, and if
he beats Chick tomorrow night, it
will mean he has given the best ot
his lifetime fo rthat victory.
Undaunted, however, Betlteis
ready to meet the young Nebraska
giant once more in hope of reversing
the dicision. In all seriousness, Betke
brought a week's training period to
a climax yesterday and announced
himself in the pink of condition.
"Bobby Chick can have the town
if he wins from me again, and I'll
be willing to take a back seat," Betke
said in earnestness yesterday morn-
ing. "I am not ready, however, to
leave Borger just yet, and even
though I should lose again, I shall
do my best to remain here. Truth-
fully, I believe I can beat Chick on
Monday night, for I never was in
better condition while in Borger."
Fans who believe in me will be as-
sured that I am going in there Mon-
day night to win and give all I have
for that victory."
Bobby Chick who is now about 23
years of age and holds the title as
the "world's best middleweight
wrestler" has everything that £oes
to make a perfect mat man, youth,
speed, strength, science and a cham-
pion's heart. He holds the amateur
thampiouship of the world for his
weight, winning at the Olympic fin-
als in 024 at Antwerp, Belgium.
Since turning professional", Chick
as become the most feared mlddle-
v eight in the game, although lie has
confined his travels to the ;illddle-
west. He is recognized by all leading
promoters as one of the best draw-
ing cards.
(J.ood preliminaries are scheduled
for Monday night's match.
