Station-to-station? The term
really means from telephone to
telephone—from yours, for ex-
ample, to one in a distant city,
instead of to a particular person.
Advantages? Each call is a real
bargain, savings of more than
one third. And when you call
by number, you reach the other
phone twice as fast
EASY TO CALL?
YOU BET.
HERE’S HOW:
1. Give the operator the name
of the city you want to call.
2. Next, the number you are
calling.
a. When the operator asks, give
her the number you’re calling
