that James Douglas Latham was
a good kid who apparently went

Mauriceville three years ago, has
admitted helping a companion kill
seven people in a cross-country
murder spree

ton County. His mother, Mrs.
Maudine Woods, lives in El Paso.
His brother, Don Price Latham,
was sent to the state penitentiary
nine days ago on a grand theft
conviction.

WASHINGTON CAP) - William
H Covington, missing clerk of the
highly secret National Security
Agency, was located Monday at
the Delaware race track near Wil-
mington, Del
Pentagon officials said he was
located by colleagues from the Na-
tional Security Agency Officials
declined to specify whether these
colleagues were security officers
Covington was said to be re
turning voluntarily by automobile
It was not clear whether he was
going back to Ft. Meade Md
headquarters of NSA, or to his
home at Laurel Md
Pentagon officials stressed that
Covington was not under arrest.
"He has not done anything
wrong that we know of." one offi-
cial said.
The 28-year-old Covington Van
ished early last week and has
been the object of a widespread
search. His wife reported him
missing last Wednesday
