contracts have been signed and
the act will perform here Tuesday
and Wednesday, Sept 12 and 13.
The two stars will be ac-
companied by their emcee. Eddie
Alberian. a human performer.
Their act, which has been break-
ing gate records at fairs and
amusement parks since July 1960

children.
For skeptics who doubt that a
couple of cartoons can make live
personal appearances, it s ex-
plained that it's done with life-
size costumes, occupied by pro-
fessional pantomimists.

with the same voices as on their
animated TV shows.
The specialty act will be one of
several to be presented at the free
midway show during the fair. The
Chordettes, the Vagabonds and
