Tuesday was elevated to vice
president and agency director by
the company’s board of directors.
Herod, with the firm since Sep-
tember, 1961, as agency director,
was promoted for "an outstanding .

Norman Bond said.
The board of directors met af-
ter the annual meeting of stock-
