Item text: "Certificate of Retirement from the Armed forces of the United States of America To all who shall see these presents, greeting This is to certify that Clifford R. Baird, AF 6377076 Master Sergeant, Gq Squadron, 314th Air Base Group having been under the promise of the Act of Congress approved 6 October 1945 after honorable service of 22 years and 6-16/30 months in the United States Air Force is awarded this testimonial as an acknowledgement of duty faithfully performed. Done at the City of Washington this twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and seventy-seventh L. T. Coupland, Colonel, USAF - DD Form 363 AF, 1 Nov 51 Previous Editions of this form may be used."
