Good to see MRS. WILTON R.
JONES of Baytown, formerly of
Ennis. She and her husband,
formerly of Bristol, are visiting
MRS. SAM JONES and MRS.
LON COKER of Bristol, mother
and aunt of Mr. Jones.
The aunt, Mrs. Coker, cele-
brated her 78th birthday Tues-
day and Mr. and Mrs. Jones took
her and his mother to LaDart’s
to eat last night in observance
of her birthday. Orchids to Mrs.
Coker, a retired school teacher.
She used to teach at Mertens and
her husband, now deceased, was
superintendent there. They also
taught at several other places in
the area. They lived at Ferris
until his death; then she moved
to her sister’s home at Bristol.
Mrs. Jones, we recall, visited
in the office about a year ago,
while here. She was renewing
her subscription again this year
I and said she thoroughly enjoys
Il reading the Ennis News and
| looks forward to it.
I Thanks Mrs. Jones!
