was Clara Drlacoll Day. and was
being celebrated in Austin. She
explained that Mrs Drlacoll Is
not only the national democratic
chairwoman, but In also quite ac-
tive In politics and club work.
She has contributed liberally to
club projects and organisations
throughout the state.
Koll call was answered by each
member with news items selected
front the Federation News.
The next meeting will be In
the form of a Hallowe'en party
in the home of Mrs. Frank Dil-
lingham, Oct. 30.
