Coy, Jr., Clerk of said court,
against R. L. Ellison and W. A.
Craddock for the sum of Four-
Hundred and Fifty-five and
15-100 ($455.15) Dollars with
interest at 6 per cent from Feb.
12, 1909 and costs of suit.in cause
No. 22237 in said Court, styled
Frederick P. Olcott vs. R. L.
Ellison and W. A. Craddock, and
placed in my hands for service, I,
S. R. Lanier as Sheriff of Stone-
wall Co., Texas, did on the 17th
day of May 1909 levy on certain
real estate, situated in Stonewall
County, described as follows,
to-wit
Being- the southwest quarter
(S. W. i) of survey Xo. 53 in
Block Letter "D" on the waters
of the Salt Fork about five miles
S. 57 deg. E. from the town of
Aspermont, originally granted to
the Houston & Texas Central
Railway Co. .by the State of Tex-
as, by virtue of Certificate Xo.

cribed as follows:
Beginning at a stone mound,
the S. W. corner of this section,
and X. W. Corner of section Xo.
54 from which four mesquites 3
in, 4in, 5in. and lOin., bear
X. 53 1-4 deg. W. 25.8 varas; 2
mesquites 5in and Gin. bears S.
35 deg. W. 26.8 varas. Thence
X 1 deg. 11 min. E. 955.4 varas
to the X. W. corner of this tract.

varas to the X. E. corner of this

lic vendue, for cash to the high-
est bidder, as the property of
said R. L. Ellison and W, A.
Craddock by virtue of said levy
and said order of sale.
And in compliance with law, I
giye this notice by publication,
in the English language, once a
week for three consecutive weeks
immediately preceeding said day
of sale, in the Aspermont Star, a
newspaper published in Stone-
wall County.
