MONDAY NOVEMBER 14 1898.
11l health is • luxury that only
the rich can afford and that no one can en-
joy. Every woman is not so situated that
she can be an interesting invalid or rather
an uninteresting invalid for there never
was an interesting one.
The woman who suffers from weakness
and disease of the distinctly feminine or-
gans is certain to become an invalid. No
woman can suffer in this way and be a
healthy happy amiable wife and a compe-
tent mother. Troubles of this nature sap
the strength rack the nerves paint lines
of suffering upon the face destroy the tem-
per make the once bright eyes dull and
the once active brain sluggish and trans-
form a vivacious woman into a weak sickly
invalid.
The one sure speedy permanent cure
for all disorders of the distinctly feminine
nature is Dr. Pierce’s Favorite Prescription.
It acts directly on the delicate and import-
ant organs concerned and makes them
strong healthy vigorous and elastic. It
cures the internal ulceration and inflamma-
tion that give rise to a debilitating drain on
the system. It is the best medicine for
overworked “run-down” women.
" About six years ago my wife became afflicted
with female weakness." writes the Rev. I. J.
Coppedge of Elmo Kaufman Co. Texas. "She
could not stand m her feet or get in any position
in which she did not suffer great pa'in. She
despaired of ever again being well. She took six
bottles of Dr. Pierce’s Favorite Prescription and
has been well and happy for twelve months."
It is a druggist’s business to give you not
to tell you what you want.
Twenty-one one-cent stamps cover the
mailing of a paper covered copy of Doctor
Pierce’s Common Sense M»dical Adviser.

Mr. B. Lohmuller lithographer and
door keeper at the Grand opera house
was a personal friend of Mr. W. B.
Blythe the reporter who was mur-
dered in Galveston last Friday and
was much grieved to bear of his un-
timely end. Mr. Lohmuller says lie
was a model young man and a perfect
gentleman refined and courteous with
a pleasant word for everybody.
It often happens that the doctor is
out of town when most needed. The
two year old daughter of J. Y. Schenck
of Caddo Ind. Ter. was threatened
with croup. He writes: "My wife
insisted that Igo for the doctor at
once but as he was out of town I
purchased a bottle of Chamberlain’s
Cough Remedy which relieved the
child Immediately.” A bottle of that
remedy in the house will often save the
expense of a doctor’s bill besides the
anxiety always occasioned by serious
sickness. When it is given as soon as
the croupy cotigh appears it will pre-
vent the attack. Thousands of moth-
ers always keep it in their homes. The
25 and 60 cent bottles for sale by all

the Atlanta Constitution.
"My mission” he said “is to reform
American literature. That Is my mis-
sion in the world."
“Well” said a iwabtical man who
heard him “the mission is all right
but God help the missionary!”

We call the readers attention to our
retail price list which we are now dis-
tributing to the public. We have the
largest stock of staple and fancy gro-
ceries now on hand and they must be
sold and we consequently offer great
Inducements to cash buyers.
We are between two fires: The so-
tailed wholesale combine says to the
packers and manufacturers: “You
must not sell the Dullnig Grocer Co.
If you do we will buy no goods from
you because Dullnig sells too cheap."
The retail grocers say: “We will not
buy from the Dullnig Grocer Co. be-
cause they sell goods lower than we
can buy them from the wholesale com-
bine and prefer to pay them even
more than our retail price conse-
quently they are unable to compete
