Quite a cool norther sprang up

Chistian Evangelist Percy G.
Cross of San Antonio will begin a
a protracted meeting in Asper-
mont on Friday night Oct. 30,
1908. Everybody invited.
We are truly glad to note the
interest our people are at last
taking in the cemetery. A nice
fence has been put up, together
with an iron gate bearing the
name "Aspermont Cemetery" in
gilt letters. This is a very com-
mendable move, and shows to the
passer-by that we honor our
dead.

The Star man made a trip

church building has just been
finished and another is under
construction at Peacock. We
are truly glad to note these im-
provements and trust that many
more will be added ere another
year rolls around.
