Thirty-six acres of land abstract 5
survey 2 in name of E. Gotarl original
grantee.
And you are hereby notified that
suit has been brought by the State for
the collection of said taxes and you
are commanded to appear and defend
such suit at the February term of the
45th District Court of Bexar County
and State of Texas being the next
regular term thereof to be held at the
Court House thereof in the City of
San Antonio on the first Monday in
February A. D. 1900 the same being
the sth day of February 1900 and show
cause why judgment shall not be ren-
dered condemning said land (or lota)
and ordering sale and foreclosure
thereof for said taxes and costs of
suit.
