and by authoritv of an order of
the County Court of Stonewall
County, Texas, made and enter-
ed on the 17th day of September
1912, authorizing and directing
me as such Guardian to sell the
hereinafter described property
at public sale for cash, will, on the
first Tuesday in November 1912,
the same being the 5th day of
said month, at the Court House
door of said Stonewall county, in
the town of Aspermont, between
the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and
4 o'clock p. m., sell at public out-
cry to the highest bidder for

1st tract: Situated in Nolan
Co.."Texas, about 4 miles N. E.
of Sweetwater, and being the
Southeast Quarter of Survey No.
29 Block 21, patented to th^ Fi-
delity Insurance Trust & Safe
Deposit Co. by patent No. 94
Vol. 31, containing 160 acres of
land, more or less, and generally
known as the G. E. McConnell
tract of land, and being the same
property described in a deed of
trust to Francis B. Hoffman,
Trustee, executed by G. E. Mc-
Connell, dated Nov. 23rd, 1910,
recorded in Vol. 7 page 613 of
the deed of trust records of No-
lan County, Texas, to which ref-
erence is here made for a more
complete description thereof.
2nd Tract: Situated in Fisher
County, Texas, about 10 miles
South of Roby, and being the
East Half of Section No. 3 Block
21 patented to the Fidelity Insur-
ance Trust & Safe Deposit Co.
