There was a cutting scrape
down in the flat Saturday night
which resulted in Dennis Terrell
being pretty badly carved lip
with a knife and the arrest of
Harry Daniel on a charge of
assault with intent t.) murder.

ting in the house of Tobe Young
talking to Harry Daniel's wife,
when in walked Harry, who at
once jerked out h>s knife and
went to work cutting on Ferrell.

pretty good night's work, the
officers went home and retired
for the night.

unknown, to be and appear be-
fore the District Court, to be

Burleson at the courthouse there-
of, in Caldwell, on the 18th day of
November, 1911, then and there

aid Geo, L. Figg, minors, suing
herein by Minnie W. Pinnie, their
mother, tiled in said court against
the said E. J. Figg and Robert
Yoakum, being No. 5.8*7, and al-
leging in substance, as follows,
to wit: That the plaintiffs and

situated in the county of Burle
