The City of LEONARD will hold its SECOND public hearing:

The purpose of the hearing is in regard to the submission of an
application(s) to the Texas Department of Housing and Com-
munity Affairs for a Texas Community Development Program
(TCDP) grant. Topics to be discussed will include an applica-
tion for Sewer System Improvements, the amount of grant
funds requested and the estimated amount of funds proposed for
activities that will benefit low and moderate income persons.
The application(s) will be available for review at City Hall
during regular business hours. Handicapped individuals that
wish to attend this meeting and need assistance should call the
