A three-pronged effort is -
underway to expand access to
former President Nixon’s tapes
and documents. The senate
government operations com-
mittee votes today on a
resolution calling on President
Ford to make public all parts of
the tapes dealing with
Watergate.
And a house appropriations
subcommittee will urge that
none of the Nixon tapes and
papers be moved from
Washington until there’s an
arrangement worked out to
insure they’ll be available to
the public.
Meanwhile, Special
Prosecutor Leon Jaworski has
sent to the White House a list of
tapes and documents he wants

Johnnie's Drive-in on W. Lampasas St. where an object smashed a jagged opening. At first it was thought
that the damage wasifrom a; gunshot but after a careful examination, by the police department, officers
feel that it was caused by a rock from a slingshot. Lieutenant Mike Seelye, shown with Coleman,
said that he felt fairly sure that someone had fired the slingshot from the vicinity of the gin across the
street from the drive-in.
