If officials find a student in non-

before an immigration judge "The
decorum is similar to a regular court

INS district director. Students ate told
why they have been charged with
being in deportable status and are
allowed to have a lawyer speak for

Hearings began Tuesday for
Iranian students of North Texas State

were scheduled all day Thursday,
mostly for NTSU students, who were

On Tuesday, U.S Steel said it
would shut 16 plants employing
13.000 people because they were no
longer profitable. One of the reasons
offered for the move was an
inadequate cost-price relationship
Some major steelmakers said they
were studying U.S Steel's price
move. Others had no comment
But if past practice is followed,
other producers will match the new
prices because U S Steel dominates
the marketplace and because all
steel companies are feeling the
same cost pressures
Among the products affected are
steel sheets, used heavily in con-
sumer goods like automobiles

Many Hearing Problems
Can Be Helped
Chicago, III.-A free offer of special interest
to those who hear but do not understand
words has been announced by Beltone. A
non-operating model of the smallest Beltone
aid of its kind will be given absolutely free to
anyone requesting it.
Truer all hearing problems are not alike...
and spine cannot be helped by a hearing aid.
But audiologists report that many can. So,
send for this free model now, and wear it in
the privacy of your own home. It is not a real
hearing aid, but it will show you how tiny
hearing help can be. It’s yours to keep, free.
The actual aid weighs less than a third of an
ounce, and ii s all at ear level, in one unit
These models are free, so we suggest you
write tor yours now. Again, we repeat, there
is. no cost, and certainly no obligation.
Thousands have already been mailed, so write
today to Dept. 12425, Beltone Electronics.
