For a long time I considered my “Q" brand as
high grade a coffee as it was possible to produce at
the price. There were other brands that were bet-
X ter and I have told my customers so very plainly,
but ror see I veneve that Q” brand-ie the biggest—
value and most satisfactory value for any table use
Mor any coffee on the market.
* t I will back that up with my personal guarantee
to refund your money if you don't like it after try-
ing one pound, that is if you are now using a 35c
- coffee other than “Q” brand.

Don't be one of those who in after years will say "I could have bought Southland Lots
with all Conveniences from $350.00 to $750.00, and now they areiselling
at double and trebble that amount.”.
You can hear similar expressions every day by people who had the opportunity to buy Wichita Falls real estate in the =
past five years at prices that are today worth from 100 to 500 per cent greater than the price asked several years ago.
There might have been some excuse for timid investors before the days of cheap gas for fuel and the development of the *
wonderful oil fields in this section, but today with the substantial payroll of factories, cheap fuel as an inducement for more 1
factories, water supply, railroad facilities, activity in oil development and prospecting for new pools, the passing of the drouth
years and the return of moisture conditions forecasting abundant crops, and the renown of Wichita Falls as a progressive and
growing city, there is no excuse for capital not investing in a modern, substantial, well located residence addition like Southland.
The best evidence that the owners of the Addition have confidence in what they are offering for sale, is the offer to loan
the amount of money necessary to build a home to the first two applicants in each block who pay the lot out.
The building restrictions prevent the building of houses costing less than from $1,000 to $1,500 in a major portion of the
Addition, which is a guarantee that your surroundings will be known in advance. Other restrictions protect the buyer in his -
investment and Southland Addition is the only residence property in Wichita Falls having restrictions preventing all abuses
