NFL Opens 57th Season Sunday
By The Associated Press
The Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers newest
members of the National Foot ball League family-play their
first regular season games Sunday when the NFL opens its
57th season :
For standings purposes Seattle will play in the National
Conference West and Tampa Bay in the American Confer
ence West And for morale purposes within the league they
will play one game against each of the 13 teams in their
conference and one against each other
The Seahawks begin at home against fgl powered St
