Council Chambers, in regard to
the submission of an applica-

Housing and Community Affairs
for a 1993 Texas Community
Development Program (TCDP)
grant. The purpose of this meet-
ing is to allow citizens an oppor-

ticipation plan, the development
of local housing and community
