claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent,

1. In a combined stalk cutter and rake, the

from the axle bar, the cutter-carrying frame
loosely connected at its respective ends to 35
said arm and hanger, and thereby capable of
a vertical adjustment with relation to the
main frame, the side bars of said carrying
frame having a lateral adjustment with rela-
tion to each other, the cutters, and the oper- 40
ating lever, substantially as specified.
