Also by the use of the removable securing-
clamps the screen may be adjusted longitu-
dinally of the shafts.
While I have shown my construction in
detail in the drawings, I do not intend thereby
to limit my invention to the precise form, as
it is evident that many minor changes can be
made and substituted without in the least
departing from the nature and principle of
the invention.
Having thus described my invention, what
I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters
Patent, is-
1. In a screen for vehicles, the combina-
tion with the thills, of upright standards se-
cured thereon, and a screen having an up-
right and overhanging section supported by
the standards, substantially as set forth.
. In a screen for vehicles, the combina-
tion with the thills, of a screen comprising an
upright and overhanging section, and stand-
ards adjustably attached to the thills, sub-
stantially as described.
3. In a screen for vehicles, the combina-
tion with the thills, of a vertically-adjustable 25
screen mounted thereon, substantially as and
for the purposes set forth.
4. In a screen for vehicles, the combina-
tion with the thills, of standards adjustably
attached thereto, brace-rods connecting the 30
upper ends of the standards, cross-rods se-
cured to the standards, and a screen sup-
ported by the cross-rods, substantially as de-
scribed.
5. In a screen, the combination of a ver- 35
tically-adjustable frame, a flexible screen
carried thereby, and means for adjustably
securing the frame to the vehicle, substan-
tially as described.
In testimony whereof I affix my signature 40o
in presence of two witnesses.
