engage with the slot in the tongue; substan-
tially as described.

the hounds, the plates connecting the hounds,the beams and boxes; the block having trun-
nions eccentrically secured thereto journaled
in said boxes, the bar secured to said block
having a pivoted pin and a spring-catch, the 20o

lugs, the pulley, the pivoted dog having its
free end bent at an angle, and the rack-bar
secured to the tongue; substantially as de-
scribed. 25
