Mr. Lamar Smith spent nev-
era) days in Houston to be with
his sister, Mrs. George Derryberry
who underwent anoperation Wed-
nesday. Only a week ago she had
visited her brother and family.
After returning to her home in
Texoma, she becamc suddenly ill,
and waa rushed to Houston for
the operation. On his return he
reported her doing nicely.

Gauae were guests of their grand-
children, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie
Stubbs Sunday.

and little son, Bill, were guests
of Mrs. Broaddus' parents, Mi.

at Texan A. &. M. College at 6
p. m. Saturday. May 17. in
Duncan Hall on the A. & M.
campus.
College officials expect about
2.000 to be present, including
students, parents of members of
the 1952 graduating class and
staff members.

twins are attending school, they

Ben Hur Temple To
Be Host To 10 Others

Temple will be host to the ten
other temples at the annual cor-
ventlon of the Texas Shrine As-
sociation in Austin May 23-2R.
Oliver L. Wolfe of Austin, As-
