Notice is hereby given to all holder.",
of treasury notes not bearing interest
that they may exthnnge the same

Trenstirer, Assistant Treesurer, or, of
anj' depository for certificu'eS, which
will entitle them to four per cent
bonds nnd that the said privilege will
continue until the 1st of April ensu-
ing, after which, nil notes over the
denomination of five dollars «can be
funded only at G3 2-3 cents to the
dollar, except one hundred dollar
notes which af er that date are no
longer receivable fo. public due*, and
can only be funded at an adi;ional
reduction of ten percent per mouth.

with the bonds for which they may
be exchanged are receivable for tax-
