I OFFER FOR SALE a small tract of land
on Harvey's Creek, consisting of 160 acres,
with 40 acies under a good fence. The remain-
ing portion of the tract is well tiirbered, with
about 50 acres in a dense peach break. The
buildings are good, and there are 100 fruit trees,
Peach, Plum, &c., the best that could be had in
Yazoo county, Miss. There is also good and
never-fading water in twenty steps of the door.
This is one among the best places for a small
farm in the county, and is also a.good stock ranch
for cattle, horses and hogs.
There are also on the west of this another 160
acres, which can be had upon reasonable terms
by applying to W, C. Turnare, on the premises
These two tracts arejoining, and can be seen by
applying to the said Turnage, or the undersigned

Shingle Machines, or, if desired, I will dispose
of my Machinery and patent for this county,
deeded to mc December, 1857, if applied to be-
fore next October. I have now fairly tried the
machine, having made over 171,000 shingles with
it. I will insure that two hands will cut 6,000
shingles per cíay, as I do it myself when* I work
it. I tf ill sel! at a reasonable price, or I will
take property in exchange at a fair price. Any
other information cart-be had by applying to me
at my shop next to tho Feny.
