ment in said court against said Huff for

the said Deputy Sheriff, on the 6th of October,
1868, sold «aid lands as under execution for
Sile and purchase, said Deputy Sheriff exe-
cuted and delivered to Petitioner, as adminis-
trator aforesaid, a Deed conveying said lands
and appurtenances thereto belonging: all of
wbieh lands are described by metes ana bounds
in said pretended Deed of Conveyance from
said Huff and wife to said Meriwether, which

tion of which lands will be hereafter set up in
an amended Petition. ;
The said Huff is hereby notified to produce
in court, upon the trial of this cause, the
original Deeds ot Conveyance from his several
vendors to said lands or secondary cvidonce of
their «mtents will bo offered.
That, by means of tho lacts sot forth in
said Petition, Petitioner, as administrate
aforesaid, became the legal and oiiuitable
owner and seized and possessed of said lands,
and being so seised and pofseuaed and in tbts
quiet enjoyment of the samo, the said Meri-
wether and Iluff. on or about the 0th of Octo-
ber, 1868, with lorco and arms, entered upon
said lands and broke the close of Petitioner
and sciased and took poeeassion of aaid ianls
and fojoihly ejected Petitioner therefrom, and
have ever since continued to so unlawfully re
tarn possession of said land and premises ad-
