or child in Payette or adjoining
counties may compete in thisvcon-
test except those barred by con-
dition No. 2.
No. 2.—No , relative of the
proprietor of this paper and no
employe of this office will be
allowed to enter. Correspond-
ents who are our regular solicit-
ors shall not be barred from en-
tering.
No. 3.—Every single dollar paid
in on subscription whether new
subscriber or renewal Will entitle
the subscriber to 500 votes for
his favorite contestant.
No. 4.—Subscription to tlie
Sticker will cost $1.00 each, but
any person may during this con-

years for $5.00; 15 years for $10.00
40 years for $25.00.
No. 5.—All voting will be done
by ballot, and no ballots will be
given except on subscriptions.
No. 6.—All contestants shall
call at or send to this office and
secure special Receipt Books
which will be furnished free.

on these special books.
No. 7.—No candidate shall be
allowed to sell or transfer votes.
No. 8.—Contest will open Mon-
day, August 5th., and will clos,e
Tuesday, December 24,1912.
No.9.—The ballot box shall not
be opened until the contest closes,
at which time the votes will be
counted by three disinterested
persons. The one receiving the
greatest number of votes will re-
ceive a $750.00 Fore-Door, Self-
Starting, Five Passenger Ford
Touring Car.
No. 10—No nomination will be
accepted unless accompanied by
$1.00 for a year's subscription,
and the nomination blank proper-
ly fille d out and duly signed.
No. 11—No vote will be counted
unless signed by Raymond Win-
free.
