LOVELADY W/M Q#LOYll 'W^^OT^tl" DEPOSITORY Sirs SUBJECT has been bothered the past 2 weeks by a Mhite Male who has been attempting to take his picture, SUBJECT was interviewed on this date and stated that the white male came to the above listed location in a truck with the name BECKMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY on the side, Texas 61j. license 1Y-1095> and attempted to take his picture, when he was un- sucessful he later returned in a 196k Chevrolet 2 with Texas 196U License EE-6790 and attempted to take SUBJECTS picture, SUBJECT stated that the White Male told him he was working for a man in NEW YORK CITY who needed SUBJECTS picture but that he was not sure of his employers name* White male stated to the SUBJECT that he did not what the picture was needed for. ME TRULEY who is the Superentendant at the BOOK DEPOSITORY stated that he made the white male leave the building and ordered him to stay- away but that he is still hanging around outside the location with a Camera. SUBJECT stated that he looks similar to LEE 5ARVBRY OSWALD and that he thinks OSWALD1 S mother is attempting to prove his picture that was taken in front of the DEPOSITORY the day of the assasination is not him but in fact was her son LEE OSWALD.
