To the delegates to the Farm-

tion:
I would respectfully urge
upon each delegate to the ses-
sion 'if our convention to be
held on the "JOtli instant to be
present on that day. If you
can not come see that your al-
ternate comes, lu view of the
facts that the democratic exe-
cutive committee has declined
to permit us to hold primaries
by school districts, ami has also
demoted from the old plan of
holdiuK such primaries, by
meetings of the voters in their
voting precincts, ami has order
ed a primary election, which
it is believed will l'e full of
fraud, and with which I think
the people should have nothing
it> do, your convention of the
20th will be the most important
yet held iu the county.
Having entire couHdence iu
your wisdom and patriotism
and your determination to do
what is right, I shall not fore
shadow the line of policy to be
pursued at your meetings. But
will earnestly insist upon each
school district having from one
to three represei. alives present.
I know that it w ill be a busy
time with most of you, but you
can not expect to accomplish
anything of importance with
out some sacrillce. Kach school
district in the county is urged
to have a delegation in the con
vention.
