partment of Agriculture; providing that
weighing and measuring devices shall
be stamped, etched, or otherwise marked
when approved as to type; providing the
Department of Agriculture, in order to
prevent deception, shall issue rules and
regulations to carry out the provisions
of this act, which rules and regulations
shall include specifications as to design,
and reasonable variations or tolerances;
providing certain penalties, and defining
certain terms."
