ment. 6. Division of Biology; describ-
ing the duties of the board and super-
seding the office of Game, Fish and
Oyster Commissioner; providing for the
appointment of the board members and
the superintendents of the different di-
visions, and providing for the appoint-
ment of a biologist and the salaries of
the members of the board while on duty
as such, and providing for the salaries
of the superintendents of the division
and biologist."
