any process issued by any grand jury
or any court in this State other than

Texas; fixing a penalty or penalties for
violations of the provisions of the act,

same rate, without first having inspected
such property or properties and fixed a
value thereon; fixing the basis of set-
tlement in case of a total loss on real
property or personal property taking
same rate, amout to be paid in thirty
(30) days after proof of loss, penalty
for failure to pay claim within thirty
(30) days; requiring insurance com-
panies or their agents, as evidence of
their having inspected real property or
personal property taking same rate, to
indicate such action by stamping in red
letters upon each policy covering such
properties a statement to that effect-
defining what constitutes a 'total' loss
on real property; defining what con-
stitutes a 'total' loss on personal prop-
erty; requiring insurance companies
or their agents to obtain from owner
or owners of personal property a list
of the articles anid the value of
each: that said list be attached to"An Act to amend Article 1036, Title the policy contract; the amount to be
