trustee last spring one Jndgc ban M. Jack-
son came to me and asked me . to help
him pay one ot his obligations by getting
a cousin or kla a place as teacher jn the
public scbooli. Her credentials were an
right and 1 asked Mr. llolllday and three
members or the board ir they would elect
her It they found hot credentials all right.
They did and-abe wat elected and I win
accept that much blame for the alfalrs or
tne schools in i i Paso. I am reliably
advised that she Is a good teacher doing
her work well In spite of the fact Mat
