advising you of the destruction
by fire nf the cell and adminis-

somewhat in confusion but
facts, as near as they can be
ascertained, are us follows:
The alarm of fire sounded at

that to-day Treasurer Robbins
announced that the State Trea-
sury vaults were fairly bulging
with money, there being
