that the offer of Judge H. M.

Texas, opened the poli- and counted the
votes cast at said election and found that
the votes cast were as follows, to-wit:
"For prohibition Ptfi, "against prohi-
bition 11"," and it "appearing to the
court that a majority of the votes cast
at said election were "for prohibition" it
is therefore ordered, adjudged and de-
creed by the court that henceforth the
sale of intoxicating li'juors is absolutely
prohibited within the prescribed limits
until such time as the qualified voters
therein may at a legal election held for
that purpose, by a majority vote, decide
otherwise, said prescribed limit* being
as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the
West line of th" Lehman Barker survey
where said line is crossed by Sandy
Creek; thence up said creek to where
the H. a- T. C. Railroad ci thence
westerly with the railroad t the livid-
ing line of the O. J. Ola-scock and Win,
Goodwin surveys; thence in a North-
easterly direction w.th said dividing
line and the dividing line between the

the North line of said Jacob Large sur-
vey t' Alum Creek; thence down said
creek to the North-East Corner of the
•rporation of the T'^wn of Uattrop;
thenci North-West with said corpora-

medicine as his principal and usual ' ail-
ing shall not be authorized to give the
prescription provided for, and provided
further that no person shall be permitted
to sell at all on the prescription of a
physician not herein authorized to give
it, nor on a prescription which is not
dab-1, .igned, and certified as above re-
, red; provided, that every person sell-
it:^; such stimulants upon the prescrip-
tion herein provided for shall cancel
such | reseription by endorsing thereon

away. And it is further ordered lij the
court that a copy of this order declaring
the result of said election and prohi-
biting the sale of such liquors, shall be
published for four successive weeks in
