Bastrop County on the 11th day of Jan-
uary, 1913, by the clerk thereof, in the
case of Louis Baron, Plaintiff, _vtrsus
Anton E. Ott, Defendant, No. 5750 and
to me as Sheriff, directed and delivered
I will r roceed to sell within the hours
prescribed by law for Sheriff's Sales, on
the first Tuesday in April A. D. 11)1.!,
it being the first day of said month, in
front of ground formerly occupied by
the store house of John M. Finney 8c Co
on Main Street in the town of Bastrop,

described property to wit: Threetracu
of land to wit. Situated in the> town of
Rosauky, Bastrop County, Texas. First
tract; beginning at the S W corner of
block No. 5 in said town of Rosanky;
thence east with the south hne of said
block to the S E corner thereof, same
being 1M) yards; thence north 54 yards
with the bast line of said block to stake

herein made to a deed from Frank Kun-

176 and 177 of the deed records of Bas-
