Messrs. Hays Harris, George
Voight and Albert Ijcntz have
just tiinishcd their beautiful bun
galows. No v our town is growing.
There are many improvements
and repairs.
John W. Smith and JBaxter
Turner are visiting in San An
tonio tliis week.
(Jus Fischer spent Monday in
Lock hart.
Mrs. Frank Garrett, of San
Morcos, was in our little town
for a few hours Tuesday.
Mrs. J. K. Pittman, of I)aie,
visited her many friends Satur-
day and Sunday.
We had the pleasure of listen-
ing to Bro. Foy Wallace, of
Georgetown, Sunday. He is be-
yond any doubt a good preacher.
He is only 17 years old and we
are so proud of our boy preacher.
There is lots of sickness in and
around here, not so serious, but
could be.
Miss Edith .lung has been on
the sick list suffering with tousi-
litis. Also Mrs. Lennah Harris
has been sick.
Garland Turner has been sick
with LaGrippe for several weeks,
slowly improving.
I Mr. and Mrs. Carl Turner
spent last week with relatives.

its regular meeting the first

A bill of $151.00 was paid to
Mr. Coulson for gravel for street
and d rives in Cemetery, and SI.T 0
to Mr. Wilbarger for posts. The
Sexton's salary, $80.00, was al-
lowed and paid. Two new names,
Mrs. Fischer and M rs. Kd Haines,
were added to the list of mem
hers. The rules governing sale
of lots In the Cemetery were
read and the Advertiser request-
ed to publish them; these rules
will answer all questions about
who should and who should not
buy lots in Fuirviewand will give
price of same. The Association
was very much pleased with the
attendance at this meeting and
the interest shown in the work;
it hopes for increased attendance
and new members every meeting.
