payers are interested in better school
facilities. A re.cenl election held in
the Bateman Red Rock district for
an increase resetted in its d feat. A
delegation of citizens were in Bastrop
from Bateman seeking a petition to
vote separatly for enough funds to
repair then present building.
That Bastrop County will soon
rank in the highest degree in School
work can easily be determined from
the activitii.- .going on ovei the Coun-
ty.
