Austin, Tex —That portion of the
university oil royalties bill which
• ttransferred royalties from submerged
I lands and from stream beds to the
game fund Man held unconstitutional
Friday In a supplementary oplni n la
sued by the attorney general s office
The opinion, addressed to State
Comptroller S. II Terrell, advised hltn
not to certify any deposits to the game
fund that had been made under tba
new royalties bill, and that those
funds should remain in the tied school
fund
This Is understood to be another
step in the legal test of the university
royalties bill following ihe refusal u(
Terrell to certify approximately $95,

ing purposes, which Attorney (Sensral
Moody had held unconstitutional

There's No Sock Like a Pure
Thread Silk and No Value
Like Allen A-~75c
There's no compromise in this sock.
It's pure thread Japan silk, where
you want silk. And the foot is dou-
ble* rein forced with heavy lisle
where the rib comes.
Pure thread silk always keeps its
good looks. Heavy lisle gives the
long wear. You can't beat that
combination. Ask for No. 325 at
