has hi en selected us th<* atfi ncy for
Hudson and Essex motor cars for
Bastrop and territory. Mr. Orts of
our city hus been investiguting
t h«* Hudson-Essex proposition for
1 some time and is particularly enthu-
| sinste about b th mnkes. H\; looks
for subs'aniial business from the
first.
In my investigation, "said Mr.
Orts, I learned that the Hudson and
Essex companies have always had a
splendid reputation with their owners
dealers "in.I distributors al'ke and
throughout the automobile industry
as well. Automobile men tell me tha
their product has always been of
high standard and that they have un
usual financial stiength. I went
most carefully into the entire matter,
including instruction methods, prin-
ciples and workmanship of the two
cars, and am confident tha'. no other
cars offer as much for the pri.-e ask-
ed as the Hudson Super-Six of the
Essex. I feel fortunate in heir? se-
lected as their representative for this
territory.,
I was shown a number
of letters sent in by Hudson and Es-
sex owners which certainly spoke
volutins for the long life, economy,
c: se of han lling and comf >rt which
the comfort which the construction
and engineering principle* of the
Hudson and Essex make possible.
"I can assure users and prospec-
tive users in Bastrop that in either n

smaller, lighter but no fes- attractive
Esmx they will find a car by far

"Our new stock comprises the
latest models in both car- and we in-
vite the public to inspect thei i and
