of the power vested in me by law,
do hereby order that a sp cialelct:-
tion be held in the City of Alto,
Texas, at the City Hal) Building on
December 1st 11)32, for the purpose
ot electing an alderman for the un-
expired term of Melvin Jeter, de-
ceased, and that said special elec-
tion shall be held at tlie City Hall
in MM City and the following
named persons arc hereby appoint-
ed Managers thereof, to-wit;
