The amendments to 20.331 are proposed under Government
Code, Chapter 571, 571.062, which authorizes the commission
to adopt rules concerning the laws administered and enforced by
the commission.
The amendments to 20.331 affect Title 15 of the Election Code.
20.331. Contents of Specific-Purpose Committee Sworn Report of
Contributions and Expenditures.
Semiannual reports, pre-election reports, and runoff reports must cover
reportable activity during the reporting period and must include the
following information:
(1) - (10) (No change.)
(11) on a separate page, the following information for each
expenditure from political contributions made to a business in which
the candidate has a participating interest of more than 10%, holds a
position on the governing body of the business, or serves as an officer
of the business:

or services for which the expenditure was made]; and
(E) (No change.)
