agitated by Violent fashions apparently from representa-
tions made by James, appear disposd to crimenate all myne
and Charles transactions there and close with threats

awarded without 10 years Interest but for the adjustment

also allowd and was to have paid me when last at the
Dollar
Mines all which amounted to 11013—9 that to repay this sum,
which was all the property left me in the world you well
