of the capacity of three hundred Sixty one gallons, including
the head thereof, situate in the Township of Hig River, in the
county of Saint Genevieve and Territory af Missouri now belong-
ing to James Bryant and under the superintendence or manage-
ment of James Bryah$ to be employed in distilling spirits from
Domeatick Materials, for the term of four months from the first
day of December, one thousand eight hundred and Seventeen, ac-
cording to the true intent and meaning of the act aforesaid;
then this obligation shall be void, otherwise the same shall
be and remain in full force and virtue.
