County Court docket call. Miller actually pled guilty to a charge of assault causing
bodily injury to a family member, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was ordered to
pay $100 in fines and $286 in court eosts. The information was incorrectly reported to
us by County Attorney Ty Sparks' office. We regret the error. —LEB
