The program began uniquely when
Miss Eugenia Emrick, sponsor,

Audience, here's your party."
The largest crowd ever accomodat-
ed in the Autry House listened to the
singers. Approximately one hundred
people stood along the walls and in
the halls, while a large number were
turned away because of lack of
seats.
Klumpp and Johnson starred in their
solos in the group numbers. The new

COACH HEISMAN—
(Continued from Page One.)
If you find he's cutting purposely or
indifferently go and talk to him, rea
son with him, point out his athletic
responsibilities. If that does no god#
come to me and tell me about it so. I
can get busy on the job before it's1
too late.
YOU can—if you're a co-ed, refrain
from extending too many invitations
to athletes, for the remainder of this
year. If HE invites YOU too often,
YOU can tactfully decline, and steer
his thoughts to his books, his duties,
his come-through responsibilities.
YOU can—yes, you can even ask
for and agitate one big pep rally meet-
ing a month for the express purpose
of getting everybody in college waked
up to the worth-whileness of a concen-
tration on studies for the remainder
of this year. ^We have to do it for ath-
letic contests: why wouldn't it be
a good thing for scholastic contests?
DO YOUR SHARE to help boost up
the whole morale of the entire place.
That's what I'm talking about. Re-
member that an army has not merely
sharpshooters in its personnel, and
that it has even more civilian patriots
and co-operative workers than enlisted
men. DON'T FORGET:
"It's 'not the guns or armament, or
the nloney they can pay;
It's the close cooperation that maki
them- win the day.
It's not the individual, nor the
as a whole;
It's the everlastin' TEAM-WORK, ofr
EVERY BLOOMING' SOUL!"
