action thereupon;
"Shall bond- be issued by the
City of Bastr p f r tht benefit
f ;he Bastrop Independent
School District, 'mmbeted One
(11 to Twenty (_<H inclusive in
the denomination of Sev. n Hun-
dred and Fifty Dollars each
($750.00), and numbered Twenty-
one (_'|) to Forty (4((i inclusive
in the denomination of One Thou-
sand Dollar- each ($1,000.00), ag-
gregating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars, to bear interest at not
to exceed four (4', ) per cent
per annum, .-aid interest to be
paid annually, and said bonds to
be paid serially over a period of
thirty year- fi m the date, for
the purpose of buiidin^r new
school buildings an,| improving
existing buildings of the liastrop
1 iidep, ndent School District; and
to determine whether the City
Council of the City >f Bastr .p
•hall be authorized to levy, as-
sess an<| collect annually while
aid bonds, >r any of them, are
outstanding, a tax upon all tax-
able property within said City
sufficient to provide a sinking
fund for the purpose of paying
the principal and interest on -aid

fifteen days prior to the date of the

The Mayor is further authorized to

once each week for two consecutive
weeks and the date of the first pub-
lication shall be not less than four-
teen days prior to the date of -aid
election.

Bastrop the proposition for the issu-
