Well, folks, football season is hen.
again and th,. Bears have the best
chances for an undefeated t>*am since
lH.'U. If the Bears will work hard
and make up their minds that they
are going to win, they will, because

The boys ln-gin their third and last
week of practice this week before the
Taylor game Friday night at Taylor.
The Bears have been working hard
getting into shape to "Beat Taylor"
for th«- fir.-t time in history. (The un
defeated 1931 team did not play-
Taylor). The boys all seem to be in
the right framo of mind at the pre-
sent, just so they don't make the
mistake of getting "too" sure.
The Bear« will lack the service of
Arthur Smith, halfback, who is out

will rains him. He i the only one that
will In- out of the game Friday night
because of injuries unless something
happens thi- week in practice. Most
of the team got bruised up a bit in
